Selling the grass plot just west of trinisc. holding with a small.

Plot will easily hold 2 smalls (tested) or possibly larger.

starting bid: deed + 10k
buyout: 2 smalls

I will purchase if you can place an L shape or a large brick. Small deed plus either of those.

i count 15 tiles between the 2 narrowest section, might be able to get an L shaped, but a large brick won't fit for sure.

If I remember right an L shape was definitely there. Or was it the spot over?

I placed an L a loooong time ago on the next spot west. Not sure if this spot will hold one, would need to go measure.

sadly i don't have a deed to test with =( or i would

there is plenty of space north to south just questionable on east west.

after playing around with a localhosted runUO server, i can say only 2 smalls will fit there =(

i had a villa here on GL long ago, but L shape definately wont fit.

This is where I plunked my very first small. I tried like hell to get a large brick to fit but no dice. This area has been vacant 50% of the time I've been playing (1 year +), probably not worth an auction.

*EDIT* My mistake, this wasn't the spot I had. I had the one on the north side of the road.

If it can help , i am pretty sure there was a patio on that spot before.
