Brit Moongate Tower for Sale

I'm putting up for bid my Britain Moongate Tower. This tower is located 3 screens from the Brit Moongate, a brisk jog 2 screens to a rune library, as well as having a mountain range next to the home with public homes around it with forges. This has been a great tower for me to live in. If you make new chars or have ones that cannot recall, this is within a very short walking distance of Britain. If you get a horse, its twice as fast. There are very rarely any reds that come through there, and the few who do are usually newbies. EDIT: I forgot to mention the house is also Grandfathered with a secure pouch on the doorstep.
I'm asking for a starting price of 800k. There is a reserve on this auction. If the reserve is not met the home will not sell. Thank you.
