Can't log into the UO:SA

Ok so WTF, I decide to come back to this Shard grief some newbies, but when I try to log in I get this crap:
Error [MegaCliloc]: StringId Not Found: 3000035
Seriously how come I can't log in? Fix plox.

Not sure my acct info is correct its been a long time, if I just enter nonsense password it says invalid so I must be right. I also can't make a new account which Id just as soon do because my old account was crap.

Easiest way would be to uninstall/reinstall off the(our) website, that way all razor settings should be correct. If you have further problems pm me but DO NOT GIVE ME YOUR ACCOUNT INFO.

Just did a fresh install from the installer off this site. Hever had UO or Razor installed on this PC before.

I'm about 90% certain that that means your account info has been deleted from the login file...

Dunno but if its an ERA Issue you can't once banned you can't Create a new account.

Accounts are not deleted on UOSA.
Also side note on still playing after being banned. Pretty sure beatingu was told by staff he could make another account but his old accounts were banned. So you can still play after banning??
Now if you account is banned only derrick would be able to help with that.

I believe it has to do with too many accounts being tied to an IP address.
I had something like this come up a few months back after my friend had logged into his account at my house. I PMed Derrick and he fixed it in 2 minutes.

That error message means that your account has been banned. Please contact
[email protected] or send a message to a GM on IRC and we can look into it.
We do not delete accounts or characters on UOSA.
