Citizens!,

Feb. 20th begins with Wild Bill being reinstated into the guild as Inspector and me being promoted to Chief Inspector! I approach WBB only to be snooped by the nosey Surah. This person is promptly poisoned by my anti-theft kit and suffers the consequence of snooping me.
Surah makes a made dash to the local healer just before dying.
All seems to be quiet at the bank and the local citizenry can bank in peace. Later in my shift a royal courier approaches me to inform me the Chief of BPD (Atraxi) needs me at HQ asap.

I head to the HQ and there is another individual there with Atraxi wearing a green robe named Randall Flagg. I am informed he is the chief of police in the Moonglow Police Department and we will be forming an alliance. Before we hit the streets of Britain, so I can show them around; I am told that in Moonglow they have major problems with suicide bombers.
At WBB we run into a person named GZA who is selling special sandals. Officer Juba from MPD wants to buy a pair. I keep lookout while they are trading. Sure enough a thief stealths up to try to steal their gold/goods so I promptly rectify the situation and send this thief to the spirit realm with my mace of Justice. It gets late and MPD and BPD retire for the night.

The next day after arriving at WBB I find a vile thug named Losstarot afk, perma gray, and holding stolen goods.
I teach this vile criminal a lesson about going afk while perma gray and respecting the local citizenry.
After killing Losstarot a person named Pink Panther walks up to snoop me and pays a price via my anti-theft device. Part 2 is next....

I come across a shady individual named Reasonable Doubt. After further inspection it is determined that this scum is indeed a criminal and perma gray. He does not want to cooperate so lethal force is indeed needed. During the pursuit of Reasonable Doubt I notice the street punk named ILuvTitties (known thief) standing really close to other bank patrons. Knowing that I have Reasonable Doubt tracked and that he is most likely hiding or fleeing I try to kill two birds with 1 stone and attempt to do a quick frisk of ILuvTitties.

Titties ends up setting off my anti-theft device with his nosey ways and is deadly poisoned. He starts to run for his life. He ends up dying by the healers. After killing Titties I hunt down Reasonable Doubt with my keen sense of tracking and attack him. He continues to run and is spamming verbal taunts the whole time. I end up killing him and seize his contraband. After the contraband is put up for safe keeping I find a criminal named Boris who has stolen goods on his person.

Boris is quickly taken care of and will not be stealing for a while. Some of the citizens express sympathy for this dead scummy thief.
Later on I get into a prolonged battle with a thief from some of my earlier episodes named Rumplestiltskin. After a good 30min or so we both run out of items and neither person is killed. After depleting all my supplies I had on me and in the bank I determine it would be wise to retire for the day since it is also getting late.

The next day I spot my friend and fellow officer Turbo who is already serving Justice to the street punk known as ILuvTitties. Turbo seizes a large amount of contraband from his corpse. Titties comes back to try to steal back some of his illegal wares. All that happens is he deadly poisons himself from an anti-theft kit. He attempts a quick steal before dying so I finish him off. All seems well and citizens are able to use the bank unmolested. BPD is there and keeping the peace. Titties comes back after a while to commit suicide again by snooping cops....
Next is the final part...

Titties comes back again after his timeout and fails a steal. This turns him gray and fleeing for his life.
I teach this punk a lesson and give him a BPD spanking and send him to timeout for his naughty ways. Evidently this punk is hard headed. After his timeout he trys to snoop Turbo and is poisoned by Turbo's anti-theft kit. We patrol Britain for some time but it seems this area is secure of thieves. I notify Turbo of the alliance with MPD and we decide to pay Moonglow a visit and do some inspections and see if we can find any MPD officers.
The local bank patrons seem very mouthy towards BPD and dislike the fact that we are there. As Turbo is conversing with them I notice a shady character nearby. He has the same name of a thief I punished earlier named Boris. Upon frisking him, it confirms he is indeed perma gray.

I decide now is a good time to make an example of him and serve Justice yet again to this career criminal.
Unable to locate any MPD officers me and Turbo part ways and retire for the day since it is getting so late after Moonglow's inspection.
