Selling this tower near the Shrine of Sacrifice, east of Vesper in Windemere Woods. This tower is situated by itself in this clearing with no neighbors for many screens and near the water for your sailing pleasure. The clearing is large enough that you could move the tower over and place at least 2 more small houses. (I have tested this) Would be a perfect town for a small guild. Opening bid will be deed + 15k, buyout is deed + L shape deed. Will close the bidding 24 hours after the highest bid.
