Every time I have gone to buy one, I told a guy to lock it down in his house on the floor for a day or so and if it was there on day 2, i'd buy it. I never get replied back. That and blackfoot had one in museum and it decayed.

i have the moonstone locked down in my public tower, its been there since saturday and hasnt decayed

This moonstone has been locked down for a month in my public rune library tower right outside or the trinsic entrance, it wont decay, any offers? i wont sell unless i feel satisfied with a good offer
