Healing Skill?

From what I remember about my dexxer, on osi. If you started applying bandages before you were poisoned, you would heal hit points instead of cure. If you started healing while poisoned it would take longer and you would cure, unless you had already cured before the bandage hit.
Where do I find the patch notes and what not to research this?
