Selling small house close to fire temple its maybe a 15 second run from the actual temple, which is a prime placee for bards. Great for an escape plan if pks show up, or just for if u die and need to grab a quick reg bag to recovedr your things. I recently just bought another house on that island, so I'm not looking for profit on this house, so it goes to the first person who offers me a small deeed for it!
