How many times can you go red to blue?

4, you won't be able to go a 5th as you'll be perma-red.

Pirul generally knows his stuff. If he's not sure about something, he'll say so. If he says something matter of fact, there's a pretty good chance he's right.

He's right doubting me, I'm no PK, and have never gone perma. But I do read the patch notes, and those were pretty clear.

From the patch notes:
If this counter reaches five, you will be permanently red (meaning, you will be attackable. You will not suffer stat loss unless your murder count is also high).
This counter does not decay.
