All those weapons are a hard sell with no accuracy bonus, i typically sell my power weapons with no accuracy bonus on my vendor in yew for 500gp-1000gp each, and if they dont sell within a month i sell to npc vendor, the silver maul of power would be 1000gp probably, but sorry to say they are almost worthless without accuracy modifier.
