I dont see how you gonna close it when no ones bid lol. I know its a under bid but i will go deed+small+20k for tower :>>

My current bid for the space is deed + 2 story + 25K based upon the knowledge that he has a bidder bidding deed + 2 story... at least thats what I was PMed. The whole thing is really messy as it was initially billed as an asking price not an auction.
I own most of the surrounding property, including a castle, two-story, 2 smalls, 2 large bricks and other tower. I do not own the keep but I like this little cubby.

yeah it got a bit messy, my first time ever to try this next time i will try to make it more clear

I just bought the tower from lukas. Lukas was really great, very much a smooth and easy transaction once we had the bidding clarified. Can't say enough great things about the patience he had for me. I had pushed our meeting back a couple times on him and he was understanding.
