Sold Pure Mare to Apoc

This posting is to record the honest and smooth transaction of a pure Nightmare to Apoc.
Apoc handed over a house deed and gold first. Lord HiccupHorrendous then transferred the pure mare to Apoc's tamer. I believe that both parties feel that the transaction was a success.
