Sold to private bidder, they offered a buyout and I accepted

Weasl handed keep deed first then I transferred the tower, thanks for the smooth trade

Thank you as well!!! Very quick in accepting and getting back with me. Did not use a broker. I handed first and he transfered the tower. Not a single issue. Excellent dealer
