Black Pearl and Blood Moss - 4.4gp each

Mandrake Root - 3.5gp each (because of the price difference between mages and alchemists, its easier to just sell at 3.5. At this rate I make 0 profit, buy at 4 and 3, and sell at 3.5)

Mages always sell for 4 and alchemist sell for 3. There are red robed mages at Occlo and they sell for 4gp. Also some shops have other non robed npcs that sell regs and on them root is also 3gp.
