L-Shape *SOLD*

I'm selling this L-shape in Ascalon. It is conveniently located near Minoc, the K^A Rune Library, passage to T2A, healer and stables. The mining here is really good so this would be an excellent spot for a miner/blacksmith. I'll start the bidding at deed + 10k and will let it run until 48 hours after the last bid. I reserve the right to end the bidding early if I get an offer I can't refuse. Thanks.

I can't say as to currently, but i used to have a tower right around there. very chill area. Only ever saw a couple K^A people come to think of it.

Got that offer I couldn't refuse. Sold to Daventry23. Smooth transaction. He paid up front, then I transferred property.
If you're looking for property in that area, I've got a large brick for sale just down the street. Bidding ends tonight!!
