Blocked from UOSA website and the game itself.

Hi all
For some reason I cannot get into the game "can't connect" or view the weebsite at all (I'm posting from phone with diff IP)........
I've checked firewalls reset router to factory defualts checked ports even tried 3 different computers my phone is the only thing that will work for the website any help would be great ty
