I'm not a flake, I contacted you twice in IRC but you never answered me. I sent you a private message saying that I was still interested in the house, that I have the deeds and that I would get up with you tomorrow. Of which you sent me a nasty gram. I think you can sell this house to somebody else if you will answer them then good luck with it. What really sucks is I really did want this house but you can go get bent I'll buy another house in the area.
