I have this Tower timed down to a small window. Since I wont be able to swoop in during that window I am just going to post a screenshot with coordinates.

There were 2 towers, bridged. Only one was condemned. Looked empty.

Yeah my bad, there were two towers north of it that were IDOC and dropped as well
