This is a Great spot I own the 2story just south of it threw the woods and just love it there great for training and gathering a bit of gold.

This IS a great spot, especially for those of us who log on infrequently/are hermits. I want to buy it, but I don't currently have the gold. If nobody else swoops in before I get it...

Though I didn't end up getting this property, I would like to note that grumpy was fair and informative throughout. He constantly kept me apprised of the situation, and I look forward to dealing with him in the future.
