Magincia Beach (SOLD)

Hello,
unfortunately I have neither the time nor the energy to give this unique location the kind of purpose and use it deserves, so I am auctioning these small houses off. I own all except one house at the Magincia beach strip, which is practically in town. It is just a step or two from guardzone and rather than houses in the middle of nowhere, it is more of an extension to the town of Magincia itself.
Below I've attached a picture and a map location, but they really do no justice to the unique nature of the spot. Visit the location and you'll realize just how much potential it has, whether it is for private beach shacks for you and your friends or a vendor strip, a new player housing, or perhaps someone would like to try a unique style of tavern that consists of multiple buildings?
This auction consists of five of the six small houses on the beach. I will announce an end date on Sunday evening (GMT +2). I reserve the right not to sell. Private bids are only accepted on buyout offers, in which case I will not announce them here but should they be sufficient, instantly close the auction. Other than that, keep the bids on the thread. Thank you.
Bidding starts at a tower deed, so roughly two small deeds per house.
