grumpy is an honest businessman who is truly interested in seeing you in the house of your dreams. He has been taking me on tours of several over the past week, and never complains, even though he has shown me 4 or 5 houses so far which I have not bought. Top notch bloke, and a good man to do business with. No worries buying from grumpy.

grumpy is a realtor who is interested in seeing you in the house that you like. I never ended up buying one of his, but he showed me several, and refused tips for showing them to me. He also kept me posted on new acquisitions. He's a class A+ businessman, and I will be happy to do business with him in the future. All around good guy.
