Respawn imo... I've never seen anyone murdering sheep with simple wool respawn in mind

Wasn't sure if Wool repawn or sheep respawn was faster.
Thx!

Actually sheep respawn is faster, but people don't mind either way.

Do what you wish... I think killing is a "faster" spawn. If you are standing where that sheep is suppose spawn. However if the sheep is not wandering, then killing would in fact be slower.

never tested it but always thought leaving the sheep is faster. normal respawn time for wool is 2 hours iirc, sheep respawn is very slow & they spawn one at a time. if you kill everything in the yew pen, it takes a long time for it all to respawn.

From my many hours in the Yew pens I noticed that taming and taking them out of the pens makes for the fastest respawn. So if you plan to hoard the sheep just tame whats there and gate or walk them out of the pen (preferably to a safe location where the griefers won't get you

)

I personaly think that they spawn a bit faster if you just tame the ones that are there.
