Selling these 2 smalls I bought not to long ago. Seems the area is in demand at the moment so I figured I would sell. Great vendor spot! Bidding will end 24 hours after last bid!

They can go separate... im sure someone would want the both but if they want to sell at different prices thats okay with me 2 deeds on #1 i figure you half a small for the other if you want the one alone. sorry for the confusion, my first auction

deed 2 is either at deed plus 5 (by scooby) or deed plus 22.5k? (smithy)
