Brit Moongate Tower (Formely known as Loops Tower)

Putting this tower up for sale so that someone can put it to use, got this off loops and recently talked to him and he said he didn't have any plans of coming back in the near future (didn't completely rule out a return though ;]).
Here is one thing I want to get clear about the add-ons of the house. IT IS UP TO THE STAFFS DISCRETION IF THEY'RE GOING TO LEAVE THEM OR REMOVE THEM. It depends on how the house is being used, the purpose of the house, etc. The rune library WILL BE included in the bidding. I love the spot, it's a shame to let it go, but it's not being used and is one of the best tower spots in the game.
Bidding will begin @ 2 Million with a buyout of 5 million. Best of luck to everyone, I hope it gets put to good use. Here is a picture for everyone.

best tower ever. my first and only rune lib i use here.
i would bid the buyout but iam to inactive, hope the buyer will still run the rune lib there!

Keep the rune library throw a couple vendors and make the money back in no time. Great spot but way out of my league lol.
