I hate to be a dummy but what is the system here? I would give you two deeds for the house and you transfer to me or would I just give you the money? Why is the deed thing in play? are we using them as checks? Sorry for my stupidity.

Yes they are using them as checks. There are no real checks here so they use deeds instead

Deeds cannot be looted or stolen (as long as they are in the main backpack). Many people prefer to trade in deeds because they are usually a safer way of trading than using gold.

standing bid is deed+small from subdude. Some have PM'd me regarding trades.. I would consider trading for the right rares (skull candle, potted plant, etc).. other than those.. not really interested.

Sadly the decor does not come with the house. I've moved it to my new place.

Still a sweet spot, on grass, virtually no spawn and barely a few neighbors, if I didn't own 15 houses already (I know, sigh) I would be all over this bad boy!
