Closed: Selling Large Brick

Finally picked up a tower so I am letting this one go. It's located in Bog of Desolation (Front Half) and Bloody Plains (back half). =p
Location is right next to water. It's been a great launch point for fishing for sunken treasure. A Mob tent spawns just below it--spawns two chests (mostly) and sometimes the NPC spawns with colored sandals, which is an added bonus! Quiet neighborhood--I've had zero issues leaving toons running.
