this is a great spot for someone just starting out, close to town, light spawn (mongbats and headless)
gonna set this starting bid at Deed + 10k

This is a great spot for low to medium level tamers. I think I read somewhere you can even GM on great harts?
Either way, plenty of lumber and hides to keep players busy when taking a break from taming.
Definitely and great spot for only 10k over deed!
