have you tried fitting any other housing there?

i did try an L-shape wich by all means should fit but there is a mushroom (not in pic) right off the right side of the steps that is preventing the placement, i believe its because it falls under a wall tile. Vampira looked at the spot and seems to think one would fit but ive had no luck.

Hmm, I was in the exact same situation and not too far from your place actually. Ended up taking the deed back and leaving the area (Wasn't as secluded as yours) and a couple of weeks later I noticed someone put up an 2 story house there. See if you can get one of the famous housing specialists to help you I would but am hopeless .

lol i may just do that, its realy a great spot and if i could place an L-shape there i would probably make it my main residence. anyhow thanks for the tip.

This particular spot can't fit a 2 story as you only have 15 tiles across (need 16).

HOWEVER, on the clearing to the west an L WILL fit, as I have placed one there before...twice.

If this is still for sale I will buy
