I just made a pair of these. Purchased blacks for under 200k, blessed with deed, worth ~Tower deed starting price, if at auction. Keep deed is a high end buy-out if any.
Also, sadly, hard to see the damage level on them. Will arms lore work? I'm gonna check that out myself.

I believe that blessing an item sets its HP to a very high number, so that even if they were hit they should still be able to endure a fair few hits.

from what I understand u can use item id on cloths and while beating them u see the value drop.
Thats the closest u get to see if its GF'd

Now I think GFd items will drop in value as normal items just that it at some low value point stop decrease where normal cloths just break.

Havn't tested this myself but got it explained to me, might be some truth in it tho.
