can i gm fishing from a dock or do i need a boat to gm fishing?

also..is gm fishing worth it?

Anyone can tell me:

Do you have to kill the sea serps to get the SOS or you just fish them and sometimes a serp will pop? I can't remember how it was back then.

About sea serps, do they cast or firebreath or if you kill them from range they cant do anything?

ok, i have a gm fisherman and I will tell you how it works.
So, while you are fishing (lets assume that you are a GM already) sometimes you will fish up a sea serpent or deep sea serpent. The first one never brings a MIB, only a deep serp does, but not always.
Now, about their attacks. They do cast spells, but nothing special, just magic arrow, fireball, curse, may be something else, but nothing more dangerous then that.
