Onslaught, you're going to find it difficult to sell a castle because of the whole "well did you mark a rune in the courtyard?" issue. That's the only reason I wouldn't buy a castle, the location is great for personal use (no one can toss a tower down near by, and there's little room for housing adjacent)

I may be interested in this castle if you can provide me a convincing paragraph as to why you wouldn't mark a rune inside the CY for future funtime.
