You can either Help Stuck out of Hythloth, or run to find a healer or to the Shrine.
Or are you literally stuck and cannot move a single tile?

ya i was stuck under dungeon floor , but i dropped in with another charc and got out

This is another client version bug, like the despise bridge problem (which has been fixed).
We'll try and get this fixed as well soon, but if you are running a post-6.0.0 client be careful in this area for now.
