Lord Title and Crafting

Hello:
I was just curious, will "Lord" will appear on a GM Crafted item if the GM Crafter has the fame for it? Thank you for your time.

I didnt give my crafter much of either, just enough to cast EV off scroll

You can use the demon room trick to gain a lot of karma/fame semi-afk and quickly without investing in magery.

Release some wyrms or dragons and have your crafter retame them, then gate them to the ice fiend room and leave them there to gain fame for you while you get on with your life elsewhere.
