Found this guy somewhere in the world...first to kill him gets the prize!!

I remember seeing this guy 2 weeks ago, but for the life of me I am not sure where. O-Well I'm not sure I could kill a guard anyway.

I was tipped of his whereabouts.
With the help of a trusty associate, I managed to finish him off only to have him poof away when the last 2 pots went off when he was already at 0%.
