UO Second Age

Up until today I though that all but the 2 tiles of houses closest to the wall were safe from area covering spells being cast outside. I was proved wrong by a generous passerby who was kind enough to show me it is indeed possible for animals and players alike to take damage while being farther that 2 tiles into the house (a tower in this case).

Does anyone know the exact range of EQ and other spells that can be cast outside and still harm you inside?

I believe EQ has an 8 tile radius, thus not being safe anywhere in a tower. Only a keep or castle can protect you from EQ.

MS and Chainlightning only have the 3 tile radius (the wall and the next 2 tiles).
