very sorry... for some reason, after posting this, I could not access forums for several hours- and sold the house via IRC.
The house was sold at deed + 35 to a somewhat new player. I warned him about the spawn, and he said if it was too much for him to handle, he would re sell.
I hope I am wrong, but I suspect this house will go up for sale again, rather soon.
Again, my apologies to all that were interested.
