Small house - Great vendor location

Im looking to gauge interest in buying my small house located on the south east corner of Vesper graveyard on the road. There is high traffic in the area and the vendors near by seem to be selling out their wares quite frequently.

Im not 100% on selling yet, but if the right offer came along I would not hesitate to sell.

Sorry all, I was away from my computer for weekend and so I haven't had a chance to review post. As of now, I am deciding if the final bid is worth it. Thank you all for your interest and I will repost the house if I do not make a deal with Solo.
