Trading this awesome located small house in Moonglow:

As you can see, its close to everything! Right above it there is a very good regs shop and the way to T2A. Going south will take you to Moonglow! Just a few steps far!
The spot is great for many purposes. You can place a vendor, give it to your worker/mule or use it for your main char!
I'm asking a brick house or anything larger for it.
