This Yew Small is in a relatively quiet area with minimal monster spawn scratching on your walls while you're macroing. The home comes decorated as seen in the picture.

Because this was my first home, it has some sentimental value. I have a reserve price that's a bit higher than it likely should be, but if someone throws the right amount out there I'll gladly get rid of it. And if not, I'll just have a small to forever refresh! It does appear that there is a lull in the housing market right now, so I'm just crossing my fingers that this location just really appeals to someone. If you care to bid, please start it at a minimum of small house deed + 10k.



The run from the moongate is about 12 seconds on foot or about 6 on a horse. However it is just out of range to be considered a decent spot for vendors. It is a pretty convenient location for the starting player. The Yew Crypts are just a short sprint straight to the east.

Great deco! its both aesthetically pleasing and quite practical. Considering it is a 16 second walk and an 8 second gallop to the bank and has a variety of useful add-ons I would say this house is worth at least 10k over deed and that would be a steal.

Thanks WiseOne. It indeed is a good location and I won't be heartbroken if it doesn't sell. We might just be in a period of time where there's not much demand for starter homes.

Buyout would be two smalls. I'll let the auction float here for a few days and if it doesn't move I'll just loan it out to newcomers.

Wallace I wouldn't mind working a deal with you if your wanting to help new comers. I just started my first real character like 6 days ago or so, and need a place to marco out of town. If your looking to get 60-75K and willing to give me some time to pay it while I use it I would be interested.
