Spell Tactics: Or How to be an effective tank mage

I've noticed Matron de Winter's stickys on surviving pvp, but i haven't seen anything on using spells effectively or efficiently. Any ideas, tactics, tricks, tips, etc? In particular any razor macros/hotkey setups would be great. Thanks!

Although, to prevent this from coming up again in the future, it would be good if there was a single compiled pvp guide, at least on the most generally agreed upon tactics. Maybe someday...
