WTB: Properties in the South end of Destard Swamp

I am looking for patio, L-shape, large brick, tower, keep, etc... Looking for stuff in the South side, near the Lizard Man forts.

I have 3 small houses down there, on the East side; grumpy is holding the 4th spot (you can put a tower there). He is selling it but doesn't get on often. As of like 3 days ago there was a two story spot open over there too.
