How can this happen? i also saw a couple of dragons at that spot too... i mean, wtf? how can he go up there, and also how can he bring balrons there?

you grab them from a level 5 treasure map, then you walk them to your house.

didnt know u could go up there... weird...

If you're referring to the roof of the keep, you have to make a staircase, any item which alters the Y axis of the player will do fine, in this instance you can see that on the south hallway there is a footstool staircase.

Or just log out and in standing on a firefield.
