Vesper Guard Line SECLUDED Small - Fisherman's dream

This has got to be one of the safest non-Moonglow locations on the shard to have a house. Guard zone adjacent (literally...the spot where my toon is standing up against the west side of the house is in guards protection). Secluded, yet VERY close to town. Practically ZERO spawn. Hardly any foot traffic.
This amazing house would be a fantastic spot for a fisher. Park your boat in guards protection (west side of the peninsula) and transfer your treasure chests to your house with confidence.
IT DOESN'T GET MUCH BETTER THAN THIS FOLKS!!!

Thanks! I tried to put a little flare into this listing.
Wasn't too hard though being that I myself would have LOVED to have had this house back before I upgraded to my keep.
