Little Money Pile with a Sold Sign cutting diagonally that Buyers and Sellers can change their Topic Icon to when the deal is done.
I see quite a few threads that don't get updated with a titl change, maybe an icon change would be more of a reminder?

If the seller doesn't update the title, what would make them update the icon? Just sayin..

Your eyes, when scanning the housing forum, don't always gravitate to the SOLD if there is one added to the description.
If seing a Sold Icon became the norm to see in the threads then when a seller or buyer created a topic and completed their business (having seen Sold Icons on other threads) they may be more apt to remember to change the Icon on their thread.
