SOLD - Selling - Destard Small

This was the second house I placed here, allowed me to farm Destard Dungeon, establish some gold and move onto other things. If I was PK'd, I was able to return here, re-equip and get back to it with little down time, other wise I would just dump the loot in the Secure and head out once again.
Plenty of wandering healers around for those just in case scenarios and if mining is your game then the range is right outside with a cave just around the corner. There is very little through traffic that I have seen, bar miners or players hugging the range wall to avoid unfriendly eyes.
Bids to start at small plus 5k, undisclosed reserve, 7 days runtime (2 August, 5pm AEST) unless reserve is met.
Will ask EO to broker when I next catch him on.

It'll take some time for my newish toons to finish getting the +5k but I think I can have it by Aug 2 if nobody else is bidding.
Deed +5k
Need a spot to work my miner so this would be nice.

Just run Escorts for a little bit. Think I made like 5k in hour doing these, maybe 1.5hrs, for my new toons. Pick up a few escorts from one town, and just moongate hop to drop off. Each Escort would give like 190-220g per trip so I thought I was so rich back then

Not sure about the L shaped at this stage. Son wanted the patio so he has it now.
I see a new bid of +10k. I will leave this open a few more hours as I am not home at the moment. Work has me tied up so hopefully no more than 2.5hours.
