I swear I posted that this place was probably owned by Sebben since it's UOH territory and Blackfoot basically handed that over to him I believe. I don't know/care much about the details, but I know I PMed Blackfoot and inquired about the properties some time ago and never got a response. Based on the signage though...ya know...land hoarding is a part of UO history too, right? Especially prime real estate.

Neither BF or Sebben own it. The person that owns that keep as well as the castle, keep, smalls, etc. all around it sitting empty is taking a break from UO. It's not going to sell, move along.

Sounds perfectly typical here. Probably Kryptonical considering he owns all that shit to the west of my keep that is NEVER used.
