I am not 100% sure if it was in t2a or Ren, but I do remember being able to arms lore my black blessed sandals to tell what condition they were in

Anyone remember this, and did this work in t2a era?

I remeber you could do it on all cloth, but i dont remeber what time period (t2a or ren).
