Looking for First House

Hey guys. I got 10k thus far, and looking for a house that someone doesn't want anymore. Not really picky, and I am making gold daily so if you have something cheap, please let me know. Would love something next to a mountain, but not a requirement. New to server, played in 1999 on UO Server, and am enjoying getting back into it.

Just a heads up Batterdhart.
1: Small houses will go for the deed cost +5k and up.
2: check around the forums, some players have houses that they will co-own to new players while they work towards buying a house.

There r plenty of small house spots. If u need a place i have a empty vesper house right by town your welcome 2 use

You should consider $$$ Estates if you are a New player to the Server:

I appreciate all the help I was given. I am set up now with a perfect mining spot. So far I have found all colors near my house that I can mine.
