Dragons

Back when I played UO, I had a dragon transfered to me at 80 Taming / 100 Lore / 80 Vet. I had absolutely no problems with it. I know that taming them is like 93+, but on this server, what is minimum to have a drake/dragon/WW transfered to you? And if it is not 80 Taming / 100 Lore, how do I get the server owner to research it to make sure I am right and make the adjustments?

From what I've seen (I'm new here too) you have to get screenshots or posts about it from the old days and post them in the Suggestions & Era Accuracy forum.

I had my tamer at 85 for a long time on osi and i would just buy my dragons all the time.
there was a nice market for dragons cuz so many ppl didnt want to work up taming
