I would take the small house deed for it, I bought a 57 Charged deamons breath hally of ruin @ yew vendor last week for 25k hence why I bid that. If these offeres isn't anywhere for what you paid for it then you got ripped off and you're better off using it then selling it.

agreed i dunno what you paid for it but if a small deed is not good for you. I would suggest pking with it yourself
